Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 slices of salami
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

The salami and peppers are cut into very small pieces. The minced meat is seasoned with salt, pepper, and Fondor and then spread very thinly over the pizza dough. Then add the pepper pieces, salami, and cheese. The pizza dough is then rolled up and cut into approximately 1 cm-wide slices. These are placed on a baking sheet and baked in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.
