Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g ham, diced
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 tsp broth, granulated
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
The flour is mixed with baking powder and broth, then blended with the milk until a sticky mass forms. The cheese and ham are folded in. The dough is then poured into a greased loaf pan and baked in the oven at 150°C for 35 minutes.
