Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 cans of tomato paste
- 3 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 300 g pasta
- rosemary
- 2 onions
- 1 liter of broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat. Peel and dice the onions. Slice the leek and brown it. Add tomato paste, paprika, pepper, and rosemary. Top with the broth and simmer for 1-1.5 hours. Cook the pasta and arrange portions on plates. Spoon the minced meat over the meat and top with a spoonful of sour cream (to taste).
