Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Chilli (yellow)
  • Chilli (red)
  • Fresh thyme
  • Marjoram fresh
  • Gray sea salt
  • Garlic cloves
  • Fresh panicle tomato
  • Spring onions
  • Salça (Turkish tomato paste)
  • Vegetable stock
  • Gravy
  • Port red
  • Mace
  • Fennel seed powder
  • Ground or fresh ginger
  • Clarified butter
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Onion, garlic, chilli, herbs and minced meat are fried in clarified butter. Fry until all the meat ingredients are dry.
  • Now add tomatoes and spring onions. Let these boil down for 10 minutes and then add the liquids listed. Apply full heat once and then add the spices. Stir well and simmer for 3/4 hour with the lid closed. That's it already. To round it off, add olive oil at the end. Simple kitchen - that's how it can be!
  • In the meantime, prepare your desired side dish. Rice goes very well with this dish. A jacket potato fits perfectly and was my choice that day.
