Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 500 g Leek
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 ml Rama Cremefine 7%
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 750 ml Salt and pepper
  • 750 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 750 ml Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Peel, rinse and dice the potatoes and carrots. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Cut the leek lengthways, rinse thoroughly and cut into rings.
  • Heat some rapeseed oil in a large, tall saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add potato and carrot cubes as well as leek rings and onion and garlic cubes and fry a little. Pour in the vegetable stock and let everything simmer, covered, over low heat for about 20 minutes. Pour in the cream and let the processed cheese melt in it while stirring. Season everything with a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley
