Minced Meat with Tomato Sauce

- 100 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 250 ml Beef or vegetable broth
- Salt
- Ground caraway
- Chervil
- 1 Sting Butter
- Lightly brown the minced meat in the pan while stirring. Dust the flour over it, gradually pour in the tomato paste and broth. Let everything boil through.
