Minced Meat with Tomato Sauce

The perfect minced meat with tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 250 ml Beef or vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Ground caraway
  • Chervil
  • 1 Sting Butter
  1. Lightly brown the minced meat in the pan while stirring. Dust the flour over it, gradually pour in the tomato paste and broth. Let everything boil through.
  2. Season to taste with salt, ground caraway seeds, chervil and butter. Serve with pasta.
