Zucchini, minced meat and cheese pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • 200 ml water
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the zucchini, halve it, and remove the seeds with a small spoon. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces. Fry the minced meat. Add the zucchini and about 200 ml of water, cover, and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then add the paprika sauce and the cream cheese. Simmer until the cheese is melted. Now add a little more milk until the desired consistency is reached. No other seasonings are needed. We like to serve it with rice.
