Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed or lamb
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 jar gherkins, sweet and sour, small
- 1 handful of flour
- Water
- 2 tsp marjoram, dried
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the diced onions and finely sliced gherkins. Simmer until the onions are translucent. Sprinkle the marjoram and flour over the meat, mix well, and add enough water to achieve the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a dash of gherkin juice. This dish goes best with boiled potatoes.
