Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup nuts, ground
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup of carbonated mineral water
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, nuts, flour, baking powder, and oil. Finally, add the mineral water and stir for about 3 minutes. The mixture will be very runny. Pour the batter into a loaf pan (approx. 1.5 l capacity) and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 175°C. Let the cake cool in the pan. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
