Mini Banana and Strawberry Cream from Fridge

The perfect mini banana and strawberry cream from fridge recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 piece Fresh bananas
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 100 ML Whipped cream, unbeaten
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. A super chic exploitation story for strawberries that are no longer quite nice or less crunchy bananas: Wash the strawberries, clean them, puree them in a tall container with the banana (peeled). There is also the agave syrup, the lime juice and the whipped cream. Season with a little salt at the end.
  2. To make it more attractive for the kids, I put this cream in mini jam jars. It looks very cute and lasts about three days in the fridge (see picture).
