Mini Chocolate Fig Gugl
The perfect mini chocolate fig gugl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 30 g Butter or margarine
- 25 g Dark chocolate
- 60 g Dried figs
- 30 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Msp Lemon zest
- 0,5 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Rum
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 20 g Flour
- 20 g Food starch
- 4 g Cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat and allow to cool a little. Finely chop the figs and set aside. In a bowl, mix together powdered sugar, melted butter chocolate, egg, salt, rum, lemon zest and juice. I just used the whisk with the small amount.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder and sieve on the dough. Briefly stir in the milk. Finally stir in the chopped figs.
- Spread the dough in the silicone Gugl molds. To do this, either fill the dough into a freezer bag, cut off a small point and then inject it into the molds, or fill the dough into the molds with a teaspoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven in the lower third at 210 degrees top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes. Then let cool in the molds and then carefully remove.
- Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
