Mini Cinnamon Rolls

- 50 g Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 250 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- Salt

- 100 g Soft butter
- 70 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- For the yeast dough, heat the milk and butter and add the yeast
- Add flour, salt and sugar, stir to a smooth dough. Min. Let rise for 30 minutes.

- Roll out the yeast dough about the size of a baking sheet, cut lengthways into two strips.
- Spread cinnamon butter on top, roll up, cut into approx. 1cm thick slices.
