Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 biscuits (butter biscuits), with chocolate
  • 1 cookie(s) (butter cookies), without chocolate
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 piece(s) of candy (domino), 2 gummy bears
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a thick icing from the powdered sugar and lemon juice – it may take a bit of experimenting to achieve the desired consistency. Place a dollop of icing on the back of the non-chocolate butter cookie and press a domino onto it. Spread a thick layer of icing on the short sides of the chocolate butter cookies and stick them together to form a roof. Place this on the back, leaving a small open space at the front. Place two more small dollops of icing on this surface and press a gummy bear onto each one. Sprinkle the whole thing with a little powdered sugar, wrap in clear gift wrap, and decorate with ribbons. Your imagination is the limit when it comes to decoration!
