Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small pretzel rolls, frozen
- 200 g Leberkäse, fine or coarse
- some arugula
- some mustard, sweet
- 2 radishes, finely sliced
- ½ m.-sized onion(s), red, finely sliced
- Chives, fine, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bake the rolls according to the instructions and let them cool. Bake the Leberkäse in a preheated oven at 180°C until light brown. Let them cool, cut into 1 cm thick slices, and cut out circles using a glass or similar tool the size of the rolls. Top the bottom halves of the rolls one after the other with arugula, Leberkäse, mustard, radishes, onions, and chives, then cover with the top half of the roll.
