Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 35 g margarine
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 2 pinches of baking powder
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 90 g flour
- some cinnamon powder
- some walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
makes 9 mini muffins
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the vanilla sugar and margarine with a hand mixer until fluffy and fluffy. Add 90 ml of milk and beat again with the hand mixer. Add the flour and sugar and fold in with a whisk. Add the remaining milk, stir, and fold in a little baking powder. Finally, stir in a little cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Fill 9 small muffin cups about halfway with the batter. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Remove and let cool. Then decorate as desired.
