Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
for 6 pieces
Mix the quark with the egg, olive oil, and salt. Add the flour and baking powder, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, cover, and let rest for 20 minutes. With floured hands, form the dough into small flatbreads and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slice the onions and mix them with the crème légère, ketchup, and seasoning, then spread them evenly on the flatbreads. Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper and fry it in a little oil in a pan. Then slice the meat and divide it among the 6 finished flatbreads, sprinkle with oregano or pizza seasoning, and enjoy. A fresh salad goes very well with it. This recipe makes 6 small flatbreads. My picture shows 1 flatbread on a breakfast plate. For us, the specified amount is enough for 2 adults and 1 preschool child.
