Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of cream puffs, mini, frozen
- 300 g raspberries, frozen
- 500 g quark
- 1 tube(s) condensed milk (Milkmaid)
- Almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes
Place frozen cream puffs in a baking dish and scatter the frozen raspberries over the top. Mix the quark with the milk and pour over the top. Briefly toast the flaked almonds in a pan and sprinkle over the top. Let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
