Mini Vanilla Cheesecake
The perfect mini vanilla cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 80 g Potato starch
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Pk Vanilla sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 pinch Salt
- Vegetable oil
- Beat the cream cheese and milk until frothy – separate the eggs and mix in the egg yolks with the scraped out vanilla pulp.
- Whip the egg whites with salt and vanilla sugar – keep beating and add the powdered sugar until everything is stiff.
- Sift the baking powder and starch into the cream cheese cream and stir in (without lumps!).
- Divide the dough into greased molds and place on a tray – pour half of the boiling water over them and bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 40 minutes.
- Then switch off the oven and take it out after another 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and overturn the fluffy cakes from the molds.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve.
