Mint Mousse

The perfect mint mousse recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 blackboard Chocolate white
  • 6 Eggs
  • 50 ml Peppermint liqueur
  • 600 g Whipped cream
  • 2 Cream stiffener
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces, slowly melt it in a water bath and then let it cool down. Then separate the eggs and stir 6 egg yolks into the chocolate mass. Now stir in the mint liqueur. Then mix 4 egg whites with the cream stiffener, beat until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
