Minute Schnitzel with Pan-fried Vegetables
The perfect minute schnitzel with pan-fried vegetables à la biggi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Stir-fry vegetables
- Zucchini fresh, cut
- Eggplant fresh, cut
- Spring onions fresh, cut
- Red pointed peppers
- Freshly chopped chives
- Pepper salt
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Minute schnitzel

for frying
- Liquid butter

- After all the vegetables have been cleaned and cut, they are first briefly seared with a little olive oil on a grill plate or in a pan, then seasoned and even braised.
- In the meantime, sear the minute steaks in a second pan, season them and then let them simmer.
Serving
- Place the vegetables on a sufficiently large plate and place the minute steaks on the side. Chives on top – some frying fat around the food and it’s ready!
