Spelled Soy Bread
The perfect spelled soy bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Soy flour
- 170 g Spelled flour type 630
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 10 g Fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 150 Milliliters Water
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- Mix the flour, make a well in the middle, crumble in the yeast and sprinkle with the sugar! Then pour some lukewarm water over it, stir a little and let it rest or rise for about 25 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 50 degrees! Turn off!
- Mix the flour with the yeast mixture! Then add salt, vinegar and lukewarm water! Make a loose, smooth dough!
- Place the dough covered in the oven and let rise for about 45 minutes! The dough should have enlarged significantly!
- Knead the dough again! Line a loaf pan with permanent baking foil and add the dough! Place in the oven, set it to 200 degrees and bake the bread for about 25 minutes.
