Mirabelle Juice

The perfect mirabelle juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 kg Fresh mirabelle plums
  • 5 kg Sugar
  • Steam extractor
  • Water
  1. Recipe No. 2 of the wild mirabelle plums
  2. Wash the fruits, put them in the basket of the steam extractor and add a little sugar to taste
  3. Fill the lower part of water, put the saucepan together and bring to the boil. this can take several hours until everything is juiced
  4. The wild mirabelle plums give a lot of juice, so always fill up some juice
  5. Heat to 70 degrees and fill into bottles
  6. There was a total of 5 liters of juice
  7. I made jelly from some of the juice, see recipe in my KB (will be discontinued)
