Mirabelle Juice
The perfect mirabelle juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 kg Fresh mirabelle plums
- 5 kg Sugar
- Steam extractor
- Water
- Recipe No. 2 of the wild mirabelle plums
- Wash the fruits, put them in the basket of the steam extractor and add a little sugar to taste
- Fill the lower part of water, put the saucepan together and bring to the boil. this can take several hours until everything is juiced
- The wild mirabelle plums give a lot of juice, so always fill up some juice
- Heat to 70 degrees and fill into bottles
- There was a total of 5 liters of juice
- I made jelly from some of the juice, see recipe in my KB (will be discontinued)
