Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 kg mirabelle plums
- 1 kg plum(s) (Bühler plums)
- 2 kg sugar
- 4 bags of Gelfix
- 250 g dark chocolate (drops), for baking
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the mirabelle plums and plums until soft. Pass them through a food mill. Add sugar, bring to a boil, and then add the jelly gel. Bring the jam back to a boil, add the chocolate, and fill immediately. Turn the jars upside down for about 5 minutes. The chocolate will melt slightly, but it will create a beautiful marbled effect in the jar when poured.
