  • 1 handful of plums

  • 1 carnation(s)
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp sugar, heaped
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, heat the water with sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. As soon as it starts to boil, add the pitted fruit. When it starts to break down, add the Amaretto. Take 3-4 tablespoons of juice and chill. Once the fruit is cooked, puree it, then pass it through a sieve to remove the skin. Stir 2 teaspoons of cornstarch into the juice, making sure there are no lumps. Add the cornstarch to the puree and bring back to a boil briefly. Allow the mixture to cool. It also freezes well in freezer bags or plastic containers with lids.
