Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g mirabelle plums
  • 300 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
  • 40 g cane sugar
  • some lemon zest
  • some tonka bean shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, pit, and halve the mirabelle plums. Then puree. Stir in yogurt, sugar, tonka bean zest, and lemon zest. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the instructions.
