Miracle Whip Dip for Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g Miracle Whip, also available in reduced fat
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash the parsley, spin dry, and finely chop. Wash the chives, pat them dry, and finely chop them. Season the Miracle Whip with yogurt, vinegar, salt, and pepper, press the garlic, and mix in. Now mix in the finely chopped herbs and let it sit for at least an hour. Fresh herbs are essential, but you can swap them out or add more to your liking! This is our standard sauce for boiled potatoes!
