Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 large carrots
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

fruity fresh salad with pleasant spiciness

Peel the carrots (or rinse them thoroughly) and grate them. Peel and grate the apple, onion, and garlic. Mix everything together. Mix the orange juice, oil, vinegar, and mustard to make a dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. In my opinion, the salad tastes best when it sits in the refrigerator for a few hours.
