Mixed Vegetables from Garden

- 300 g Peas green fresh
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 3 Carrots
- Salt
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper White
- Chopped parsley
- 2 Discs Kassel comb
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Oil to fry
- Potato freshly peeled
- Steam the freshly prepared vegetables in a little water with a little salt – when the liquid has almost evaporated, add 1-2 tablespoons of butter by swirling – season with seasoning salt and white pepper – finally season with fleur de sel and the parsley –
