Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g ground almonds
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 175 g butter, melted
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 100 g candy (M&Ms, mini)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
for a 26cm springform pan
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the almonds, hazelnuts, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a sealable bowl. Add the eggs, butter, and buttermilk. Close the bowl tightly and shake vigorously. Add the M&Ms and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
