Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 bar of chocolate (mocha chocolate)
  • 1 cake base, dark, three-piece Viennese base
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of chocolate decorations (mocha beans)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan, but do not let it boil! Melt the chocolate and dissolve the coffee in it, then stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, whip it with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Spread the chocolate cream evenly on each layer. Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle for garnish. Stack the layers on top of each other. Pipe 12 dollops of chocolate cream onto the cake and garnish each with a mocha bean. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
