Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream flavor
  • 375 ml milk
  • 135 ml espresso
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Combine 50 ml of milk, the pudding mix, and the sugar. Bring the remaining milk and espresso to a boil. Stir in the blended ingredients. Whip the cream, setting aside a little for garnishing, and stir the rest into the cooled pudding. Decorate with cream and, if desired, mocha beans.
