Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g biscuit(s) (caramel biscuits), possibly more
- 4 tsp butter
- 5 tsp sugar
- 4 packs of cream cheese
- 250 g quark (40% fat)
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tsp, heaped flour
- 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for those who don’t like so much cream cheese
First, preheat the oven to 150°C. Crumble the biscuits (best done in a freezer bag with a rolling pin) and mix them together with the butter and sugar. Then pour the dough into the springform pan and press down firmly with a tablespoon (or similar). Then pre-bake the whole thing for 10-15 minutes. For the topping, first beat the cream cheese and quark with a hand mixer until creamy. Then gradually stir in the sugar, flour, and butter vanilla flavor. Finally, add the sour cream and eggs to the filling, one at a time, and mix in with a fork. Now pour the mixture onto the pre-baked base and bake the whole thing for another 1 1/2 hours (a little longer or shorter depending on the oven). After baking, let the cake cool in a closed oven and then refrigerate after about 2 hours. Tastes best cold.
