Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml milk
- 4 bananas, very ripe
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 40 g cocoa powder
- Fat for the baking pan
- e.g. cake icing (chocolate glaze) or powdered sugar

For this cake, I put all the ingredients except the bananas into the food processor. Finally, I puree the bananas with an immersion blender and add them to the ingredients in the food processor. Then I mix everything well (you can also do this with a hand mixer, of course) until a smooth batter forms. You may need to add a little more milk while stirring. I grease a loaf pan or a Bundt pan and pour the batter into it. Then it goes into the oven preheated to 180°C, where the cake bakes for 50-60 minutes. If you like, you can then cover the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate icing. The cake is very moist (almost mushy), we love it that way!
