Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g cocoa powder, sweetened
  • 50 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g block chocolate (milk chocolate block)
  • 25 g almonds, chopped
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then beat in the eggs on high speed. Next, add the milk, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, flour, and baking powder and continue beating. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes on the middle rack. It’s best to line the pan with baking paper to make the base extra soft! Let the cake cool in the pan. Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie and spread it evenly over the cake and around the edges. Sprinkle the chopped almond pieces on top.
