Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g sugar
  • 450 g flour
  • 6 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 ml vegetable oil, tasteless
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice drink, of your choice
  • n. B. water
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Delicious vegan chocolate cake with chocolate pieces and icing

Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Then combine with the oil and soy milk or rice milk. Add enough water and stir until a smooth dough forms. Cut the dark chocolate into pieces and mix with the dough. Pour the batter into a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, prepare the dark chocolate coating and spread it on the cake. Tip: Dip the cake in soy milk before eating—it tastes divine!
