Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a 25 cm loaf pan

Grease a 25 cm loaf pan and refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs until frothy, then add the sugar and beat until creamy. Gradually add the oil. Combine the flour and baking powder, then stir in the yogurt. Pour about half of the batter into the pan. Stir in the remaining cocoa and Nutella, pour over the light-colored batter, and marble it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes.
