Moist nut-yogurt bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g walnuts or hazelnuts, grated
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 ml yogurt
  • some powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then slowly stir in the oil. Combine the flour, nuts, and baking powder and gently stir in the yogurt. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
