Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 120 g corn flour
  • 180 g spelt flour, wholemeal
  • 2 tbsp syrup, agave
  • 600 ml milk, lactose-free
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • some vanilla, ground
  • some cinnamon powder
  • some vegetable oil or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest for about 5-10 minutes. Heat a little vegetable oil or butter in a pan and fry the batter in batches. Makes 7-8 large pancakes. Tip: I like to sprinkle flaked almonds and raisins on top.
