Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 120 g corn flour
- 180 g spelt flour, wholemeal
- 2 tbsp syrup, agave
- 600 ml milk, lactose-free
- 200 ml mineral water
- some vanilla, ground
- some cinnamon powder
- some vegetable oil or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest for about 5-10 minutes. Heat a little vegetable oil or butter in a pan and fry the batter in batches. Makes 7-8 large pancakes. Tip: I like to sprinkle flaked almonds and raisins on top.
