Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Bake in a greased and crumbled Bundt pan at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.
