Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 215 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 g margarine
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup(s) milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla pudding)
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

For the dough, put the flour, 75g sugar, 1 egg, margarine, and baking powder in a bowl and mix to form a shortcrust pastry. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes. Then transfer it to a springform pan. For the topping, mix the quark, 2 eggs, and 140g sugar by hand. In another bowl, mix the vanilla pudding, sour cream, oil, and milk. Then fold it into the quark mixture. Transfer it to the rolled-out dough in the springform pan and scatter the mandarins on top. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, cover it with the clear glaze.
