Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar bell pepper(s), grilled, 200 g drained weight
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, smoked
  • cumin
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Canarian sauce with potatoes and meat

Drain the peppers, peel the garlic, and trim the chilies. If you don’t like it too spicy, use only one chili pepper. Blend everything together in a tall bowl with a little olive oil and the vinegar. Add more oil to taste. Season with salt, paprika, and cumin.
