Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 g cumin
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (previously pickled in vinegar)
  • 5 g paprika powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 120 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grind garlic, cumin, chili pepper, paprika, and salt into a paste in a mortar and pestle, then mix with olive oil and vinegar. This also works in a blender.
