  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 tsp dried coriander or a bunch of fresh
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 cup rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

green sauce for Canarian shriveled potatoes (Papas Arrugadas)

Puree the herbs, paprika, and garlic. Add oil until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
