Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 kg plum(s), red, round, pitted
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1,500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Plum jam with a hint of vanilla, enough for about 10 jars of 340g each

Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Puree in a blender or with a hand blender. Heat the mixture in a large saucepan, add the vanilla sugar and gelling sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour into jam jars, turn the jars upside down for five minutes, and you’re done! Refrigerate overnight to firm up.
