- 125 g sugar
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 small bottle(s) flavoring (lemon)
- 125 g cornstarch
- 125 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- possibly milk

- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 large lemon(s), juice

Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, lemon flavoring, cornstarch, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter into a well-greased springform pan. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice thoroughly and immediately spread it on the still-warm cake.
