Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 small can of peas and carrots
- 250 g cooked ham (back ham)
- 250 g cheese (Gouda)
- 500 g mayonnaise
- ½ bottle of ketchup
- 1 cube of meat broth
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 eggs, boiled, peeled, cut into wedges
- ¼ liter of water
- curry powder

Cook the spaghetti until tender and drain in a colander. Drain the canned vegetables. Bring the meat broth cube to a boil with 1/4 liter of water. Combine the pasta and broth in a large bowl and stir. Let cool. Once cooled, add the drained vegetables and mix thoroughly. Dice the ham and Gouda cheese and add to the mixture. Season generously with salt and pepper and a little curry powder. Fold in the entire jar of mayonnaise. Season generously with 1/2 bottle of ketchup or to taste. Mix everything well. Serve garnished with egg wedges and tomato wedges.
