Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of lemon peel
  • 400 g flour, smooth
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • e.g. apricot jam
  • n. B. chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy. Then gradually stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, salt, and lemon zest. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture, spoonful by spoonful. Fill a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe small croissants onto baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Place two croissants together with jam and dip the ends in melted chocolate glaze. Let dry.
