with sausage and cheese, great recipe for children or when you need something quick

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime, finely dice 1 1/2 onions and fry briefly. Reserve the remaining finely diced onion until the end. Then dice the meat sausage and fry it in the pan too. When it’s all a nice color, turn off the heat. The pasta should be done by now. Drain and return the hot pasta to the large pot. Add the meat sausage and the fried onions and mix with the sour cream, herb cream cheese, and Gouda. Now I also add raw onion and season everything with salt and pepper. The cheese should be melted by now. Now it’s ready to serve. It’s a very quick and simple recipe from my mother. We loved it as children, and my family loves it just as much today.
