Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg sour cherries, frozen, or fresh and pitted
- 250 g gelling sugar
- 5 Confectionery, (Mon Chéri)

Delicious from the first to the last piece!
In a sufficiently large saucepan, combine the cherries with the gelling sugar and bring to a boil according to the instructions. Prepare 5-6 jam jars (250 ml) and lay out a clean tea towel. First, fill each jar halfway with the cherry jam, then add a Mon Chéri to the jar and then fill to the brim with the jam. Clean the rim of the jar, screw the lid back on tightly, and place the jar, lid down, on the tea towel. After about 5 minutes, the jars can be turned upside down again. I use 5 jars of 250 ml each and half a jar for tasting.
