Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g smoked pork
  • 400 g sauerkraut, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400 g potatoes, boiled
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

from leftovers from the weekend

Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop the smoked pork, onion, and garlic and fry in the pan. Add the sauerkraut and sauté. Then transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Mash the cooked potatoes with the cream of creme until mashed and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix in the grated cheese. Pour the mash onto the sauerkraut in the casserole dish and bake everything in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
